If you decide to take a walk in the community, you will hear the sounds of monkeys and birds. You can walk to the nearby supermarkets; there are currently 3 and another one being built.

There are several beaches nearby within a 10 minute drive. Playa Grande is a famous beach for surfers; sailing, snorkeling and fishing. There are a number of restaurants in Playa Grande and grocery store. If you would like to enrol your children in a private school, there are a number of schools nearby, Journey, Educarte, Pacific Waldorf School, La Paz, CRIA and Tide Academy.

The Liberia International Airport is only a 45-minute drive away.
