With over 20 years of experience in the Guanacaste real estate market, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients from around the world find their ideal property in one of Costa Rica’s most beautiful coastal regions.

Originally from Escazú, San José, I moved to Guanacaste over two decades ago, drawn by the ocean, the nature, and the lifestyle that I now help others discover.

My real estate career began at Reserva Conchal, one of Costa Rica’s top beach and golf resorts, where I specialized in luxury residential sales and investment properties. That experience gave me deep insight into resort communities, international buyers, and the vacation home market.

After several years in the resort sector, I transitioned into working independently across the broader Guanacaste region — including Tamarindo, Playa Potrero, Flamingo, and nearby beach towns — where I’ve built a reputation for honest guidance, professionalism, and personalized service.

Beyond real estate, I’m a longtime local at heart. I’ve been swimming since I was a kid, and I still swim regularly to stay energized. I enjoy playing pickleball with friends, watching sunsets on the beach, and catching a good happy hour — because life in Costa Rica should be as enjoyable as it is beautiful.
