My journey in the legal and real estate fields began at Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada, where I laid the foundation for a career that would span over three decades. For 35 years, I dedicated myself to the legal profession as a litigation law clerk in various prestigious law firms in Toronto.

My fascination with real estate sparked at the age of 24 when I purchased my first property. This experience ignited a passion that has grown over the years. I furthered my knowledge in the field by taking several continuing education courses in real estate and acquiring my license as a mortgage agent in Toronto. My journey as an avid real estate investor has endowed me with invaluable knowledge and a deep-seated passion for the industry.

In 2015, a new chapter began when I moved to Costa Rica with my spouse, settling in the beautiful area of Flamingo, Guanacaste. The process of settling in a new country was an emotional roller coaster, but it’s a journey I have never regretted embarking on.

I joined Summer Coast Realty in January 2017, bringing with me a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective. To ensure a comprehensive understanding of Costa Rican real estate laws, I engaged in various courses offered by the Costa Rica Global Association of Realtors (CRGAR) and became an active member of the association. As a permanent resident of Costa Rica, I take great joy in sharing my experiences and insights about this wonderful country with all my clients.

Traveling extensively through Costa Rica, I invest time in discussing with clients the myriad reasons for investing or visiting this remarkable country. My approach to real estate is characterized by seriousness, passion, and a commitment to understanding each client’s unique needs.

My expertise extends beyond buying and selling properties. I offer property management services and vacation rentals, always striving to maintain a high standard of professionalism and efficiency. I take great pride in my work, ensuring that every client receives the best possible service.
