I am really excited to show you Casa Blanca Estate. This is a special place that is located inside Finca Tranquila. It is an private area that is about 20 minutes from the famous Manuel Antonio National Park. People often call this region the Beverly Hills of Central America because it is so beautiful and exclusive. The natural surroundings are just incredible.

The estate is on a property that is 6,283 square meters. It feels like a tropical paradise. When you arrive you will remember the atmosphere forever. You will see a fountain that is above a deep well and you will notice the views of the surrounding mountains, forests and nearby rivers.

Casa Blanca Estate is in a community that is 200 acres and has a gate. It is along the Paquita River. It offers a lot of privacy, safety and a peaceful lifestyle. You will be surrounded by nature and wildlife is around. The cool mountain breezes and open green spaces make it perfect for people who love being and like it quiet.

When you enter the property you will see a two-bedroom guest suite and a big barn that is used for the horses in the neighborhood. The grounds are really well taken care of. They have fruit trees, herbal gardens orchid areas and lush tropical plants.
