Pueblo Nuevo/Las Monas is just south a couple of miles off the Coastal Highway that runs through Jaco. Just 7 minutes driving from Jaco downtown, Las Monas (Pueblo Nuevo) is a nice area surrounded by nature and a mix of foreign and tico community. Just five minutes to Jaco Beach with restaurants, shopping, nightlife, surfing, and all activities, and five minutes south of Herradura Beach world renowned for the marina and golf course of the Marriott Los Suenos
