Side B contains 4 duplexes each with single rooms, a 2 bedroom home, a 3 bedroom 2-story home, a second pool, all lushly landscaped. Total of 30 beds and 25 full bath and 4 half bath.

All of the accommodations are decorated in a clean and simple style with furniture made by local craftsmen, touches of driftwood, and accented with calming colors. Each is outfitted with comfortable memory foam mattresses, plush hypo-allergenic feather pillows, air conditioning, a private bathroom, tables and chairs, and appliances for making tea or coffee.
