Lot 7 is located on the lower slope of the Montaña Sector within La Reserva Camaronal (LRC), accessible from Las Baulas Drive. The future driveway will be approximately 220 meters from the main entrance and gate of the Montaña Sector. This lot offers stunning ocean views, shaded by several trees, and features a gently sloping terrain ideal for an internal driveway and terraced building site. In addition to the sea views, Lot 7 also overlooks the forested commons bordering the stream that forms
the eastern boundary of the sector. Despite the region’s dry season water shortages, LRC is well-equipped with five registered, legal wells from MINAET’s Direction of Waters. The Montaña Sector entrance is just 550 meters from Camaronal Beach, renowned for its world-class surf. The nearby Refugio Nacional de Vida Silvestre Camaronal operates a sea turtle hatchery, providing year-round protection to the four sea turtle species that nest in the area, supported by international volunteers.
