In our neighbourhood, easy access and near total tranquility usually don’t mix – not in the red-hot real estate market of Costa Ballena.

A stunning hacienda with a large swimming pool and panoramic mountain views can sit on the top plantel while the lower space can be occupied by a guesthouse – or perhaps the development of a large family compound can span the two building sites?
