The house consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, a living room, eating area and kitchen. There are stainless steel appliances including a good size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and all the small appliances required to make your stay an enjoyable one. The home has its own private pool and outdoor furniture where you can enjoy your morning coffee and listen to the chirping of the birds. The garden has various tropical plants and lots of space for the children to play. You can walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. 

Surfside/Potrero consists of mainly locals and expats so you can blend in easily and feel welcomed by all. The closest beach is Playa Potrero. You can enjoy your morning walk on this beach and stop for breakfast at any one of the many restaurants nearby. There are other beaches nearby such as the famous Flamingo beach, Brasilito beach, Conchal beach, Penca beach and Prieta beach. There are so many activities to be enjoyed in the area such as scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing, ATV rides, sunset cruises and horse back riding.

The international airport, Daniel Oduber Quiros International Airport is only less than 50 minutes away.
